Refund and Cancellation Policy

 If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing us with 24-hours advance notice or fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged 100% of service. We offer a 20 minute grace period, after which you will be considered a no-show. Massage will still end based off of your scheduled time.  If your service requires a deposit, it is not refundable.
